Callen-Lenz at RIAT | QinetiQ Drone Park

Showcasing the future of uncrewed capability through collaboration, innovation, and operational realism.

Callen-Lenz is proud to be part of the QinetiQ Drone Park at the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT), demonstrating how industry and the MOD are working together to accelerate the UK’s Uncrewed Air System (UAS) capability.

Through the T3E (Test & Evaluation, Training, Experimentation, and Exercise) initiative, QinetiQ is leading efforts to create a UK Centre of Excellence for uncrewed systems. Callen-Lenz contributes to advanced systems and real-world threat simulation expertise in support of that vision.

Our long-standing work in providing realistic threat representation plays a critical role in shaping effective counter-UAS tactics. It’s a key area where our collaboration with the MOD and QinetiQ directly supports defence readiness.

By providing high-fidelity threat emulation, Callen-Lenz enables units like 744 JUAS TES and 216 Squadron to train, test, and develop counter-UAS measures in a realistic and safe environment.
The partnership on display at RIAT reflects the future of defence innovation. It embodies the values that drive us at Callen-Lenz: Collaboration, Integrity, Innovation and Excellence.
